Selling your home

Are you ready to list your property? Getting Close?

Here is an overview of the listing process:

  1. I need to know a few details to get started. You can call me, email me directly or complete the contact form.
  2. Once I have the details, I will look at properties that are comparable to yours. Recently sold, pending, expired and current listings will provide us with some of the information required to set an appropriate list price.
  3. You clean, de-clutter, repair and stage your home prior to listing. I will help advise you here.
  4. I will take photos and highlight the key selling features of your home.
  5. We post your listing to and other marketing platforms.
  6. I will contact you with showing times.
  7. We get an offer!
  8. We review the terms of the offer. If the offer is favorable, we accept it. If there are aspects we don’t like, we will negotiate and counter offer until it is accepted, rejected or expires.
  9. We wait for the purchase contract conditions like financing or home inspection to be removed by the buyer.
  10. We wait for the possession date.
  11. You get packed and ready to move.
  12. You move on!
